One of my motivators in life is mystery.

I am fascinated by the mystery, the intrigue and the power of nature. We are all born in the same way, but like elements of nature we each have our own unique print to leave on the planet. We each come to earth with a plan and an intention to be here. We are born ‘knowing’ what we are getting ourselves into, but have a tendency to move into ‘forgetfulness’ about our reasons for choosing this journey.

My studies into human development and spiritual practices have ignited an ability of working with individuals and organizations at uncovering the characteristics of each person and their unique life plan. Understanding this, can erase years of confusion and pain, and poise an individual or organization in a more empowered direction.

Life can shift moment to moment, and it is in the awe and wonder of the shifting that we can recognize a Divine Plan weaving through our existence. I find delight in helping others uncover their own rhythm, watching light bulbs go on, laughing at our idiosyncrasies, have compassion for our struggles, and reveling in our creativities and passions. We each have a path and a frequency that we follow and vibrate towards. It is in the process of understanding these paths and frequencies where we erase barriers and tap into our unrecognized strengths and inner wisdom.

There is an art to detecting and piecing together the various elements that make us who we are. Our beliefs, society, culture, history and personal experiences influence the choices we make and how we meet life. My passion is helping others understand the influences that impact their lives. I have been influenced through my upbringing, friends, relationships, studies, work, children and spiritual practice.

I work with individuals and groups to help them understand the energies and elements that impact their lives. My clients come away knowing how to navigate these forces to their maximum benefit, and in doing so, how to realize their highest potential.
