The design of Vastu ensures that the natural alignment between the earth’s elements is maintained and consciousness is brought to the placement of earth, air, fire, water and space. When this elemental balance is facilitated within our homes and work areas our own natural experience of inner peace, joy, prosperity and relationships increases; thus allowing for a reduction in stress and anxiety.

Vastu comes from the same wisdom texts as yoga, meditation and the first medicine, Ayurveda. One of the services I offer is bringing Vastu into my client’s homes and work spaces.
